Vegan peanut butter bars

I have recently stopped eating dairy products but this will not stop me from making delicious goodies!  My hubs LOVES Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so I decided to make vegan "Reese's" bars.  They came out AAAAMAZING (the picture doesn't do it justice.  I need a good camera!)!

Almost every afternoon at 4pm when my hubs gets home from work we like to enjoy an iced latte and baked goodie.

Breakfast Pastries

This past weekend the beautiful Jennifer Davis Foreman got married!  The bride and bridesmaids got ready at Paradise Point and I had the joy of bringing them breakfast pastries.  I really love making bread loafs, muffins, and other breakfast goodies.  For these lovely ladies I made blueberry crumb cake, best ever banana bread and pumpkin scones. YUMMY!

Dia de los Muertos party

Every year Ryan and Julia throw a big birthday bash.  This year's theme was Dia de los Muertos and the colors for the party were orange, acid green, purple and black.  For the flavors I made orange cake with orange liquor buttercream frosting , chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, and chai cake with soy cinnamon vanilla buttercream (Julia LOVES soy chai lattes).  I had a blast getting creative with the decorations too!  I made fondant skulls and fondant marigolds to top the cupcakes.  I cannot wait for next year!

Alice in Wonderland Birthday

For Esther's Alice in Wonderland themed party I really got to have some fun and be creative.  I made cupcakes with clocks and flowers, "Eat Me" sugar cookies and a fondant cake.  I had the best time.
